Reconfirmation requirements Please be advised you are required to contact The Service Provider 24 hours prior to the travel date during business hours to reconfirm your booking, departure location and time, and boarding time with your confirmation number. Please adjust your travel plan according to the details given by The Service Provider at time of reconfirming.
Check-in requirements If you are making your own way to the boarding terminal, please arrive at jetty 20 minutes prior to the departure time. Regrettably, failure to arrive before this time will most likely be classified as no-show and result in forfeiting the booking and it cannot be refunded or transferred.

If you are not familiar with the area or travelling on a weekend or local public holidays / school holidays, please make sure you've checked your timetable or driving route beforehand, and allow extra travelling time for unexpected delays to ensure you do not miss your check in

● Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult and become their responsibility whilst on board the boat.

Safety and Weather Policy:
● Charters are not affected by rain but strong winds and big swells may result in cancellation of a charter.
● Marine weather forecasts can change during the day and overnight. The Service Provider will endeavour to inform you via text or phone and email if any decision to cancel a charter is made. Please ensure your phone is switched on.
● Only wine and beer (in cans) are permitted to be taken and consumed on the boat in moderation. The skipper has the authority to ban drinking alcohol at any time to enable a safe boating situation to be maintained for all on board. If you breach this policy and an early return to shore results from unruly behaviour you will be liable for compensation to the other passengers on the boat.
● Anyone who turns up to attend a charter inebriated or under the influence of drugs will not be allowed to board.

General:
● All charters are subject to minimum and maximum numbers of passengers.
● Any fishing rods, reels or equipment that are lost overboard or damaged in any way due to customer negligence must be paid for by the customer before leaving the boat.
● Do not fish if strong winds or big seas are forecast.
● Do not cancel if it's raining.

In the event a charter has to be cancelled due to Covid-19 by either, the Service Provider or the customer. No refunds will be issued. You will be issued a credit voucher that is valid for 3 years to the value of any monies paid. Existing gift certificates will be extended for the length of any shut down. A valid medical certificate or proof you have been in contact with Covid 19 will be required for customer cancellations.

"Sea Quest" is a high quality 11 metre fibreglass boat built by Steber craft in Taree NSW. Currently one of the most popular deep sea fishing charters operating from the Gold Coast region.
