Other info | Child Policy: ● Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult carer. Seawalker Helmet Dive: ● Swimwear must be worn under wetsuit. ● Suitable for non-swimmers. ● Diver: Minimum age 12 ● Maximum group sizes of 7 divers per tour ● All divers must complete a medical questionnaire/declaration on-board (https://www.enjoyaus.com/pdf/DiveMedicalForm.pdf) ● A history of asthma, heart conditions and/or other medical conditions or medications may prohibit SCUBA diving. If medical is failed on-board no refund will be given for Seawalker. The Seawalker is not transferable if medical is failed. Guests are advised to review medical checklists/requirements with their booking agent prior to booking. ● In the interests of safety, recommend no flying within 24 hours of diving. Guest will not be allowed to dive until guest is declared medically fit to dive. Moore Reef Full Day Tour
With cruises departing daily from Cairns, the state-of-the art Moore Reef Marine Base is perfectly positioned and fully equipped so that any age or ability can fully experience the magic of the reef with its abundance of colourful coral, fascinating fish, turtles & more. During 4 hours at the pontoon, enjoy a number of free inclusions: snorkelling equipment, guided glass bottom boat and semi-submersible tours, fish feeding, fully enclosed children's pool, an underwater observatory and touch tank presentation to get up close with marine life.
Moore Reef Marine Base
Moore Reef Marine Base is anchored at Moore Reef, 54km off Cairns. The base has been custom designed so all ages and abilities can explore and enjoy the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef.
The base is 50 metres long with a capacity of up to 400 people, and was recently refurbished and enhanced to now feature a large upper-level sundeck, which is the perfect spot to relax in the tropical sunshine, and prime position to look out over the turquoise waters and mosiac of the reef. The sundeck is also where the Sunlover Sunslide starts on its 30 metre spiral descent into the tropical waters.
On the lower level, there is plentiful seating in the shade. The boat docks alongside the base and gangplanks provide seamless access between base and air-conditioned boat.
Seawalker Helmet Dive
Experience the reef underwater without getting hair wet! Walk among the spectacular reef fish on the spacious underwater platform. This fully escorted 20-minute experience takes to 3.5 metres below sea-level.
Seawalker Helmet Diving is a fantastic option for both those who can't swim and those who are looking for a unique Great Barrier Reef experience.

Available from -1 to -6 strength levels, the masks are available in return for $5 with a $50 deposit, refundable on return. Please ask our friendly staff to assist you.
Please inquire about other languages on the day of your departure should you require them as we reguarly have people who join our day team from all over the world.
If you just let the lifeguards or any member of staff know that your children are entertaining themselves while you are heading off for a dive; they will be happy to keep a close eye out.
We recommend taking ‘Travelcalm’ tablets prior to boarding the vessel. These can be purchased at the reception desk upon collecting your tickets or on-board the vessel
On the Moore Reef Tour you can expect to have approximately 4 hours to swim, snorkel and explore.
All we ask is that you complete a very basic medical questionnaire, make sure you are fit to dive and away we go!
Seawalker Helmet Diving is also an option for those that don’t swim and is available on both our Moore and Arlington pontoons. A scenic helicopter flight is also a fantastic way to see The Great Barrier Reef without getting your feet wet.
Beyond that, you could try a Guided Snorkelling Tour with one of our experienced Marine Biologists or Reef Naturalists; they have a large floating life ring and can guide you amongst the coral reefs, while offering 100% safety, regardless of swimming ability.
