Check-in requirements | Please arrive at the ticket office 45 minutes prior to the departure time to exchange for ticket/boarding pass before proceeding to the boarding terminal. Regrettably, failure to arrive before this time will most likely be classified as no-show and result in forfeiting the booking and it cannot be refunded or transferred. In such cases any charge will be collected on departure. ● Child Policy - Children 4-14 years. - Children under 3 years free of charge. - Family fare: maximum of 2 adults and 2 children of the same family. Normal fare applies for additional children. ● Levy Description A Government Environmental Management Charge of $7.00 is payable by each adult and each child (4 years and over) entering the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage area. These charges are included in the total price shown. ● Diving & Snorkelling Terms & Conditions - Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving, it is recommended to consult your doctor in advance. - Minimum age for diving is 12 years. - We recommend a wait of 12 hours but preferably 24 hours, if doing multiple dives, before ascending to an altitude of 300 metres or greater. - Snorkelling can be a strenuous activity. Please use caution and inform the crew of any medical conditions. |

● If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
● If you cancel between 0 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
