Hourly cost is from AUD $1.20 for indoor and outdoor parking. All day parking is also available near Trinity Wharf at approximately $3 per day. Other info | ● The minimum age for Scuba Diving is 12 years. ● Certain medical conditions, medications and height restrictions may preclude some people from participating in optional in-water activities. For advice, contact our office. ● After a single helmet dive a wait of 12 hours is recommended before ascending to an altitude of 300 metres or greater. If doing multiple dives an interval of 24 hours is suggested. ● Diving can be a strenuous activity, please use caution and inform crew of any medical conditions. ● This activity is conducted by operators other than Great Adventures. ● With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to your ticket price. In such cases any charge will be collected on departure. |

Green Island Snorkelling
Snorkelling at Green Island, with its lifeguard patrolled beach, is a safe and exciting way to introduce yourself to the Great Barrier Reef. Snorkel gear includes snorkel, mask and fins; prescriptions masks, flotation vests and Lycra suits are available for hire from the dive shop.
Self Guided Green Island Eco Walk
Green Island is one of 300 coral cays on the Great Barrier Reef; it is the only coral cay to have a dense, shady vine-thicket rainforest. Green Island is home to over 120 species of plants, over 55 species of birds and a unique mixture of coastal and rainforest plants all within its 1.6km circumference.
Introductory Scuba Dive
Scuba diving is the best way to see the reef and no experience is necessary to take a fully supervised introductory dive. Our professional and experienced PADI instructors will guide you through every aspect of your dive, allowing you to have a relaxed, enjoyable experience.
Sessions for introductory divers, certified divers and boat snorkel trips are scheduled daily at 10:30, 13:00 and 14:30.

Cancellation Policy
● If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
● If you cancel between 0 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
● If no show, no refund.

Green Island: You can see the reef from a glass bottom boat and take a self guided island walk. See our Green Island Included Activities page. Seawalker helmet diving on Green Island is an option for non-swimmers who would like to see the reef underwater.
Outer Reef Platform: The semi-submersible coral viewing tour and underwater observatory and eco reef talk are inclusions for non-swimmers. See our Outer Reef Included Activities page. At the Outer Reef, the Scuba-Doo underwater scooter is an option for non-swimmers who would like to see the reef underwater.
At the Outer Reef, there are small lockers on board the vessels and are a single-use locker. These lockers are only small but big enough for most valuables and are quite suitable to use while you are in the water.
