How to get there | ● By Car - Parking is available at the nearby Pier Shopping Complex/Shangri-la hotel, located opposite the Reef Fleet Terminal. Hourly cost is from AUD $1.20 for indoor and outdoor parking. All day parking is also available near Trinity Wharf at approximately $3 per day. Maximum one infant per helicopter. Child 3 years and above pay full fare. - Passenger Weight: Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry on luggage MUST be advised at time of booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single seat payload of 110kg. Cancellation Policy
● If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
● If you cancel between 0 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
● If no show, no refund.

Green Island: You can see the reef from a glass bottom boat and take a self guided island walk. See our Green Island Included Activities page. Seawalker helmet diving on Green Island is an option for non-swimmers who would like to see the reef underwater.
Outer Reef Platform: The semi-submersible coral viewing tour and underwater observatory and eco reef talk are inclusions for non-swimmers. See our Outer Reef Included Activities page. At the Outer Reef, the Scuba-Doo underwater scooter is an option for non-swimmers who would like to see the reef underwater.
At the Outer Reef, there are small lockers on board the vessels and are a single-use locker. These lockers are only small but big enough for most valuables and are quite suitable to use while you are in the water.
