Check-in requirements

Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point /departure point 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow enough time to check in. Regrettably, failure to arrive before this time will most likely be classified as no-show and result in forfeiting the booking and it cannot be refunded or transferred.

If you are not familiar with the area or travelling on a weekend or local public holidays / school holidays, please make sure you've checked your timetable or driving route beforehand, and allow extra travelling time for unexpected delays to ensure you do not miss your check in

What to bring/wear

● Shoes that can get wet (sandals, running shoes, deck shoes are suitable)
● Hat, sunscreen lotion, and sunglasses
● Comfortable casual clothes. It is recommended to bring a change of clothes to change into after the tour.

● Minimum 4 people to depart. Tours may not proceed if minimum number is not met.
● Age: suitable for children 7 years and over. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children also must share a kayak with an adult or guide
● Weight restriction: maximum weight per person of 120kg
● Height restriction: maximum height of 6 foot and 6 inches tall (200cm)
● Kayaking experience: no experience is necessary
● Language: Tours operate in English only
● Fitness level: suitable for all fitness levels
● If you are a non-swimmer you must inform your guide prior to the trip and they will keep a closer eye on you.
